The second session began with a loud and firm announcement requesting the delegates to maintain decorum . The delegate of Malaysia then briefed about a few methods on preventing cyber terrorism like using more of antivirus software and avoiding to share card details. Later on, the delegate of Malaysia sent a chit to the delegate of China asking which block they are in. the delegate of China replied by confirming to be in a block with Russia, Iran, Iraq and many other Asian and South American countries. Next, the chief guest  explains the security of each country and the other countries cannot involve in the security codes of any other country. She also requested the chair to be more practical for giving a delegate time to speak.
Now the motion passed is the reasons of the cyber attacks and the time limit is 14min and individual time is two minutes. First the delegate of Djibouti says that the cyber attacks are caused by social media like Facebook . Then the delegate of Malaysia stated that the computer codes are made in such a manner that allows hackers to log in the system and take the information and also the public and private companies must pair up to prevent cyber attacks. The Delegate of Iran asked the Delegate of Zimbabwe to join the ‘anti USA bloc’ . The delegate of China asked the reason for states indulging in cyber warfare . While answering the delegate of China’s query, the delegate of France made an error by  the inappropriate usage of second person.
In  the session many chits were passed, out of which many of them stated the different allies formed by the different delegates of various countries.
The secretary general next asked the delegate of China a pretty tricky question but the delegate of China came back with a wise answer.
