Shedding light on how social and political decisions can affect the innocents

India has always been victimised to a bloodless, yet, brutal country. The anger of political parties on education is fired on the students, who are oblivious especially, those who are aiming at prestigious instituitions like the Indian Instituite of Technology, or the Indian Instituite Of Science .However, there are specks of people in our country who want to help the students. This was seen by Suchita De and Fairoz Khan’s initiative against Narendra Modi and Prakash Javadekar, who was ironically the Human Resources Development minister. The set-up of AILP or the All India Literacy Party was concrete proof to this. 

Politics has a lot to tell us. How ridiculous  is that Prakash Javadekar blackmailed Narendra Modi, who in turn blackmailed the entire committee! After a disastrous event of false rumours scattering around, when Allen Instituite was supposedly funded by Javadekar, however, it was for the government that he funded  the amount. Politics does play a huge role in education. They provide a bulky amount of political support, which at the same time also supports them in their political endavours. The director of Allen, Brajesh Maheshwari, questioned as to why Javadekar is supporting coaching instituites, as he never did. However, later, it was seen that it was the government which was supporting it, and not one single person.

To tackle this, there were many political leaders, like Sucheta De, Anil Sahasrabudhe and Fairoz Khan who stepped on top to help the students. They intend on introducing the the AILP,which is an educational-held party. However, is introducing politics in education is again, a major issue. “even though it is education goaled, we are requesting that political parties join in, so that interests can be combined”, as Anil Sahasrabudhe stated. It may be true that Tanveer Sait has played along with Allen, proving that political parties and education does not go well. Hopefully, AILP will go in the right direction, and will be barred from the view of “enought political experience”. Is it not right, that a little politics should be there in education, as they promote each other. Alliances are always useful to someone. At the end of the day, it is a tough question to a few people, in prioritising politics or education. But, public interest should be put in forward of education, like how a few concerned socialists did. They are the people who actually change the state of affairs, and not corruption- fed politicians.  There are many children, who are craving for education, but are pushed down by the very bulky politics.

For anything, public support plays a very important role. Luckily, they got the approval of a lot of political leaders, including Prakash Javadekar, who agreed not to take up any leadership as of now. At the same time, Anil Sahasrabudhe did not get into any political alliances.The All India Literacy Party was in a very confused turmoil, as there were a lot of varying and differing opinions. However, they all being the educated and responsible crowd, are expected to take a responsible decision. They wanted to make an alliance with the Indian National Congress. They were very happy that they exercise a lot of power! 

Even though the parties and activists are doing their best, we, as citizens cannot sit idle. We too have a role to play, being active, educated ad responsible citizens. We the torchbearers, the largest crowd, who have the power to change the entire story. It is us who decide the future of a lot of education-hungry kids in India. Making a change is not very easy, but sitting silent is also not the right thing to do.

These two blocs were the only two blocs in the DISEC general assembly. The working paper of the bloc headed by the delegate of the United States of America was sponsored by the delegate of South Korea, the delegate of Germany, the delegate of the United Kingdom and the delegate of France. United States; Divided Thoughts

It is a widely acknowledged fact that the United States conducts itself in a hypocritical manner, and contradicts itself repeatedly in international forums. The Disarmament and International Security Council proved to be no different, and the press conference revealed the double standards the government has for its citizens. The United States has conducted itself in an entirely unfit manner, but somehow, it remains unsurprising.
