Character Analysis:Qatar 2022 world cup contrivorsies

Qatar is a country with harsh conditions and modern slavery now this country wants to host the FIFA 2022 world cup.How will other countries react to this?
France says "Qatar disrespects the sport we worship and love through it's actions, football cannot be played in this country. The representative of France felt that the violation of human rights what makes Qatar unfit to host the 2022 FIFA world cup.
But then Canada and USA along with the Gianni Infantino support Qatar by saying that Qatar like all countries have the right to host the world cup and no one can take it away.
India on the other hand does not support Qatar due to the death of 44 Indian immigrant  workers in Qatar in a span of two months which slowly lead to 3000-4000 deaths due to the KaFala system, low wages, and violation of human rights. 
According to Canada all the countries have to help Qatar to guide them with all kinds of human violation and the airport services.The representative of Canada stated this as he felt that Qatar is a nation with a small population,with low income and GDP; which made it one of the least devolping countries with less resources.
According to sources Qatar is one of the top 5 countries that equip modern slavery.
Qatar counters the statement saying that the KaFala system has been abolished a long time ago.
The ban of LGBT fans caused an emotional conflict with France saying that"now not all fans can watch the game"
Which led Qatar to make changes in the rules thus allowing LG BT fans enter the stadium to watch the game.

 The delegate of Spain supports Qatar in hosting the 2022 FIFA world cup as she felt that Qatar, a country struggling with economy could be improved and it would be a waste of time, money and resources by stopping the construction of the four remaining stadiums out of eight which cost the death of 2000-3000 deaths due to accidents, if Qatar is stripped from its position from hosting the cup.

These two blocs were the only two blocs in the DISEC general assembly. It is a widely acknowledged fact that the United States conducts itself in a hypocritical manner, and contradicts itself repeatedly in international forums. The Disarmament and International Security Council proved to be no different, and the press conference revealed the double standards the government has for its citizens. The United States has conducted itself in an entirely unfit manner, but somehow, it remains unsurprising.
