Alcohol Consumption banned in Public?

After lunch, everybody was recharged. This time there was more energy and more enthusiasm. Then the President of CONCACAF... started moderate cacus about "Cultural Issues such as Alcohol Consumption and LBGT fans." And it got voted YES!  Well, the conclusion made was LGBT fans should be let to watch because even they are people. The Delegate of Qatar stated, "LGBT fans are allowed but they shouldn't show their affection in the public or else it may cause in a punishment of seven years in jail". That fixed the issue partly. Since Qatar is an Orthodox Islamic Country, Alcohol Consumption in public is banned. The information gained was Hassan Abdulla al Thawadi, chief executive of the Qatar 2022 World Cup bid, said the Muslim state would also permit alcohol consumption during the event. Specific fan-zones will be established where alcohol can be bought. Although expatriates may purchase alcohol and certain businesses may sell alcohol with a permit, drinking in public is not permitted as Qatar's legal system is based on Sharia. The next moderate cocus taken up was ‘Shariyal laws’. The next moderated cocus was about moving the venue. Some delegates wanted to move the venue but some didn’t. In the end, we didn’t come up with a conclusion. The next controversy was the climate. Qatar experiences extreme temperatures. The idea of the tournament being played in winter is a good one as it would be moderate. In Qatar, the temperature of Qatar would go up to 50-degree Celsius. After this, we were given snacks to eat. Next one of the delegates asked the delegate of Qatar to take advice about how to host the world cup from the delegate of Russia. It is because Russia has gone through this situation and could host the 2018 FIFA World Cup wonderfully. Next the topic ‘should LGBT fans be let to see the 2022 Qatar Cup ?’ The selection of Qatar as hosts attracted controversy, as homosexuality is illegal in Qatar. The FIFA said that they don't want any discrimination. What we want to do is open this game to everybody, and to open it to all cultures, and this is what the FIFA are doing in 2022. Then the chair asked for more moderate cocus’ but no one could come up with it. So the chair asked for feedback from the delegates and the chair even asked if there were any improvements they could make. The delegates asked for the projector to be placed at the back so that all delegates could see. A delegate was gagged for around 10 minutes. Then the chair let all the delegates go home and everybody had a smile on their face before going, this proves that everybody had enjoyed their day.

These two blocs were the only two blocs in the DISEC general assembly. The working paper of the bloc headed by the delegate of the United States of America was sponsored by the delegate of South Korea, the delegate of Germany, the delegate of the United Kingdom and the delegate of France. The working paper of the delegate of China was sponsored by the delegate of Russia, delegate of Iraq, delegate of Iran, delegate of Nepal and delegate of DPRK. It is a widely acknowledged fact that the United States conducts itself in a hypocritical manner, and contradicts itself repeatedly in international forums. The Disarmament and International Security Council proved to be no different, and the press conference revealed the double standards the government has for its citizens. The United States has conducted itself in an entirely unfit manner, but somehow, it remains unsurprising. When asked informally, the delegate of the US said that she would refuse to answer any questions in the press conference, so it came as a surprise when she spoke on gun control regulations within the US. The delegate stated that the American government believes that the ownership of guns gives its citizens much needed peace of mind, and protection.
