                                                  EDITORIAL:Can Qatar Host FIFA 2022?


As we all know that today is the last day for the council to decide whether Qatar will hold the 2022 world cup or not.Qatar is forced to make amends if it wantsto host the world cup
The result is as follows:1.Qatar is questioned about the security of all kinds of  fans and also to keep the brotherhood in control.
2.Alcohol is allowed only during the FIFA.
3.Physical contact  between two  people can pardoned if there is no intention of sexual pleasure.
4.Workers will be given breaks to avoid continuous work for long hours in the hot sun.
5.Workers will be given safety from heights to avoid accidental deaths.
6.Rights of the workers will be requested.
With these amends,Qatar is allowed to host the 2022 FIFA world cup as 9 out of 17 countries supported it.the 9th country that supported it was Spain.
Since Spain supported Qatar,I as the representative of Spain's MARCA press support its decission completely and also think its a good choice.

The two Superpowers, China and the United States of America made two separate blocs. These blocs made two working papers as a draft to make a resolution. These two blocs were the only two blocs in the DISEC general assembly. The working paper of the bloc headed by the delegate of the United States of America was sponsored by the delegate of South Korea, the delegate of Germany, the delegate of the United Kingdom and the delegate of France. It is a widely acknowledged fact that the United States conducts itself in a hypocritical manner, and contradicts itself repeatedly in international forums. The Disarmament and International Security Council proved to be no different, and the press conference revealed the double standards the government has for its citizens. The United States has conducted itself in an entirely unfit manner, but somehow, it remains unsurprising.
